The Plans

Currently, the plans being offered in the Utah market are as follows:

• 80% coverage after deductible with or without office visit and prescriptions coverage
  

• 70% coverage after deductible with or without office visit and prescriptions coverage
  

• High Deductible Health Plans with attached Health Savings Accounts (tax savings)
  

Deductibles offered range from $0 to $10,000 per person, per year
